Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Wrenchie AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Wrenchie AI provides AI-powered call answering, job booking, emergency triage, and related voice automation services for plumbing businesses. The Service integrates with third-party scheduling platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Calendar) to automate appointment booking.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your chosen plan price is fixed for the duration of your subscription unless you upgrade or downgrade.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 5-day grace period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Price changes will not apply mid-billing-cycle.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Wrenchie AI does not book more jobs than the cost of your subscription within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted to hey@wrenchieai.com within 35 days of your start date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except as covered by the 30-day guarantee.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it up to date.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including call recording disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for notifying callers that calls may be recorded.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful or misleading content.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, and content comprising the Wrenchie AI platform is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenchie AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed calls, or booking errors. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in that month.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI will handle every call perfectly or that all booked jobs will be completed.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, NC, except where prohibited by applicable law.
