4. Call Recordings & Transcripts

Calls handled by Wrenchie AI may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, and AI improvement purposes. By using our service, you are responsible for notifying your callers that calls may be recorded, as required by applicable law in your state.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

We retain your business data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 60 days by default unless you request earlier deletion.
